This group has such great customer service. I bought a bicycle there recently. I worked with Dennis. He didn't just "sell me a bike", he asked a lot of questions and took the time to really understand my needs and then fit me into something that I would enjoy - not the most expensive, the best fit. When I came in last minute because I broke a pedal and had a northern Minnesota road trip planned that day, James had the compassion to pop the new set on while I stood there and not put me in the proverbial "line". You rarely find a business where the employees are this focused on the customer. Erik, you did well hiring Dennis and James! I have already referred my friends and will continue to do so!

This is a great shop. It's a fair amount smaller than many of the stores in the company but that tends to lead to a more one on one experience for the customers. I have a particularly high opinion of the service manager James as he has helped me out of more jams than I care to count.
I have purchased MULTIPLE bikes from this location for my three kids. Their trade up program is awesome, makes it super easy to get high quality bikes for your kids as they grow.
Being in healthcare I am always trying to get my patients more active and when I suggest cycling as a great cardiovascular form of exercise, I always refer them to Erik's.
I love this shop. Bought my 8 year old daughters their first real bikes last summer and James in the service department is still helping us. He speaks to us like we are friends. Going to keep buying them bikes at Erik's!
