I've always been greeted with smiles when we come in. My dog loves going there to get groomed and they have even managed to fit me in last minute a few times which is huge for me considering Newfoundlands are no easy grooming job.
Awesome vibe in this local store. Feels very spacious almost too big when you first walk in, but then you start dealing with the staff as I have multiple times now that I am a frequent customer. The manager I believe his name is Travis is top-notch and remembers my name however I am tough at remembering names. The selection is mind-boggling and the customer service is better than I have experienced at my local Chuck and Don's. After my wife and I have both shopped at this location we will be going nowhere else. Keep up the great work, your love for Animals shows. Staff and management are everything!

I could not get home fast enough to write this review.... I just brought my Golden Retriever in to get groomed and I couldn't believe what their idea of acceptable for a golden was... The groomer literally shaved his hind quarters and butt down to the skin. I explicitly stated nothing too crazy and just a little trim on the back legs since his hair was getting long. You do not shave dogs with an undercoat unless absolutely necessary for a skin condition or surgery.
Now we are going into the winter months and hunting season with his skin exposed which means he can't spend as much time outside without getting cold. I've had misunderstandings with a groomer before, it happens from time to time but is usually something minor. This is the exact opposite of what I asked for and other than the staff being friendly a horrible experience over all.
On top of all of this, when we pick him up from his usual groomer he is usually in a very good mood. Now he is very out of sorts and avoiding people. I can't reiterate avoiding the grooming here enough.
